I loved this. It’s not too bitter and pairs well with honey. I’m so grateful for this little all in one tea I’ve been searching for something like this for awhile and look forward to drinking a cup every night before bed. Helps with astral projection and induces vivid dreams!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m impressed with this product! My sleep quality improved the first night I drank this brew, and the second night I had an encounter in my dreams with a man who appeared to be a shaman of a South American tribe. Last night I went without it and the difference in my sleep quality was very noticeable; I did not sleep well. The only thing I don’t enjoy is the bitterness from the mugwort herb. I found that a few drops of distilled rose water helped reduce the bitterness.
