I’m impressed with this product! My sleep quality improved the first night I drank this brew, and the second night I had an encounter in my dreams with a man who appeared to be a shaman of a South American tribe. Last night I went without it and the difference in my sleep quality was very noticeable; I did not sleep well. The only thing I don’t enjoy is the bitterness from the mugwort herb. I found that a few drops of distilled rose water helped reduce the bitterness.
