Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.


Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on location.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damaged package and item.

  • Email us at hello@astralherbal.com.

We will work with you to resolve the issue.


Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect address information
